Delete Your DrillMetrix Account

You can request permanent deletion of your DrillMetrix account at any time. Choose one of the methods below.

In the App

  1. Sign in to DrillMetrix.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select “Delete My Account.”
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts.

If You Cannot Access the App

  1. Email support@drillmetrix.com from the account’s registered email.
  2. Use the subject “Delete My DrillMetrix Account.”
  3. Include the user’s name and company name.
  4. Requests are verified and completed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Login credentials, profile information, contact information, and personal settings are deleted.

Company-owned operational records, including drill logs, time cards, and reports, may be retained by the company account or de-identified. Security logs may be retained for up to 90 days, and billing or tax records for up to 7 years when legally required.
